• What counts as a participant?Anyone you are actively supporting under your registration. People you have exited are not counted, so the number follows your real caseload rather than your history.
• What happens if I grow past my band mid-year?Nothing breaks and nothing stops. Your size is reviewed at renewal rather than the moment you cross a threshold, so taking on a new participant never triggers an invoice.
• Do I pay per worker?No. Workers, logins, screening records, training records and incident logs are unlimited on every plan. Charging per user would bill you for putting evidence in, which is exactly what an auditor asks to see.
• Why does the audit pathway change the price?Certification carries a second auditor, a two-stage audit and an 18-month mid-term audit, so there is materially more to prepare and keep current. Verification is a single desktop audit. Your pathway is printed on your certificate of registration.
• Is the figure on this page a quote?No, it is indicative. It is built from your size and your pathway so you can get close before speaking to anyone, and it is confirmed on the call.
• What if I am not registered yet?That is the most common place to start. Rise covers class selection, the evidence you need and the audit itself, so a first registration is the thing it was built for.
• Do auditors pay to use Rise?No. Auditors work in the provider's evidence at no cost to them, because the value of a shared workspace only exists if both sides are actually in it. The provider carries the subscription.
• What does the subscription include?Your policies, procedures and forms kept current against the legislation, the registration groups you actually deliver, the evidence register behind them, and the audit workspace itself. There is no separate module to buy later.
